My name is Kim Ridenour.

I am the mother of 2 boys. We added our new addition in March 2008. He is a Beautiful Bundle of Joy!

We have been blessed once again. I have been married over 18 years. I am the Director/Master Preschool Teacher of Small Miracles Child Development Center.

I have had many years of experience in a child care/director environment. (Over 16 years)

I have focused my education in Child Development and Child Care Administration. I currently hold a Certificate of Mastery in Child Development and a CECPD Oklahoma Director's Credential through the University of Oklahoma.

I am an active member of the Oklahoma Director's Association. I also hold a CDL in transportation & the required SAFE KIDS TRANSPORTATION trainings.

Education is a continious need when working in this field.

I would like to welcome each of you to our wonderful facility. We are a 2 Star Licensed for 80, Full Day Facility. We provide daily care in an age appropriate learning environment with nutritional child education & meals following the USDA food guidlines for children ages 6 weeks -- 12 years.

We have a great group of teachers. Our teachers are active in on-going child development college courses.

They hold and follow up with First Aid/CPR Infant/Child/Adult

and participate on recommended training programs, conferences and other aspects of professional growth.

My name is Charlotte Dorle. I am a mother of 1 child who is Middle School Age, but soon to be 2, as I am expecting in December. I have had many years of experience in a child care setting. I obtained my Child Development Associates Degree a few years ago, while attending college to further my education in Child Development. I have have alot of fun with while assisting Ms. Kim with Preschool Teaching during the day. I also hold the required transportation trainings through SAFE KIDS while transporting for our School Age.

My name is Anna Gerk.

I am from Colorado. I have 4, soon to be 5 children. I have previously worked as a Manager of a hair salon for about 15 plus years, but currently have made a career change with interests in Child Development. In the past school year I assisted the Preschool Group along side of Ms. Kim and Ms. Charlotte. I am enrolled with NOC to further my education in Child Development. During the Summer I was the LEAD TEACHER for School Age.

My Name is Tammy Wilson. I enjoy working at Small Miracles as a Infant Teacher. I am a mother of 3 children. I am very close to achieving my Elementary Ed. Degree. I drive a school bus for the Cushing Public Schools. I have many years of experience.

Kelcey Wilson is our after care teacher helper. Kelcey is currently a Cushing High School Student. Kelcey is involved in Cheer and is the daughter of Tammy and Joey Wilson.

Derek Ridenour has been our "Teen Aide" for the past 3 Years.

He is now 16 and is assisting the school age group with homework needs, ...

He is also Ms. Kims son. Derek currently attends Cushing High School.

He has many goals in education, one attending OSU and becoming a Chemist Educator or Engineer.

Derek has maintained a 4.0 while participating in the OSU Scholar Educational Program for many years now. Derek serves in many organizations such as Student Council, Drama, and many others within his school. He enjoys his time helping the teachers during the summer at Small Miracles.

The children of all ages adore him!

Jolynne Jones is our Great Cook/and Person In Charge when Kim is out.

I have 3 children. I have had over 8 years in a child care setting & currently hold a Child Development Associate & Certificate of Mastery, while continuing my education with NOC to obtain my Associate Degree.

I am here to provide a healthy meal each and everyday. The children love to learn about Nutrition and I love teaching them! Wednesday is our special day that is set asside for Child Nutrition Education Time. I also Transport the PM School Age After Care, while holding a CDL & other required trainings in Safe Kids Transportation.

My Name is Tracy Wingfield. I have Many years of experience. I am the Master Teacher for The 2's. I currently hold my Associate of Art degree in Early Childhood. I am expecting my first child in September.

My name is Stephanie Gray. I have had several years working in a child care setting. I am a Teacher in the 1's Room. I enjoy each and every day with the children. I am currently working towards my Associate Degree in Child Development. I am the mother of 1 son.

My name is Tawnya Miller. I am currently working with the 1's group as the Master Teacher. I am attending NOC to obtain my Associates in Child Development. I have had many years of experience in a child care setting. I have 3 children of my own.

Kylie Hicks is a Teachers Helper in the Toddlers. She just recently finished her ELCCT training Through CECPD. The Children adore her!

Celestine Hatfield is a teacher assistant with Small Miracles Preschool. She is also enrolled through our program with NOC to further her education in Child Development And Now A New Mommy To Baby Boy Landry!!!

Mindy Ward is a teacher assistant with Small Miracles. Mindy has a few years of experience in a Child Development Environment. Mindy is enrolled in Child Development with NOC in high hopes to achieve her Certificate of Mastery.
